Beer is a fascinating, complex and broad ranging subject and whilst most restaurants and bars cater mainly for the mass produced, ubiquitous fizzy yellow types, we pride ourselves on holding a carefully selected portfolio of outstanding beers that will appeal to all palettes and tastes.

From light and easy drinking Spanish and French. Complex and warming Belgian, Hoppy and fruity Czech and German and crafted (European styled) beers from the United States, all of which have a unique provenance and heritage and will provide a beautiful accompaniment to the enjoyment of your food here at the Market Restaurant.

It is important to appreciate the craft and art that the brewer has poured into each brew and you will be presented with your beer in different styles of glasses to enhance underlying aromas where as much as 80% of the flavour of the beer will descend from the smell so take the time out to appreciate these complex tones and flavours that should tantalise your palette and nose!
